DATAX supports customers on every project step.

Our consulting team, together with the customer, makes the process analysis and finds solutions for the challenges that our customers have to face. In the next step the team defines configuration of the solution adequate to the customers’ needs.

DATAX IT team takes responsibility for the system installation and, if requested, takes over the system management (both on-site and hosted solution possible).

DATAX support team trains the users, delivers support and subscription services.

The last step in the project is usually the first step in long collaboration where DATAX shares with its customers the experience collected after system delivery (post sales support).
